It’s always a treat sharing our book and the creative process with the Summer school students at Beswick El. I loved seeing these kids get excited about being “part of the process” with our open ended writing prompt . These Summer scholars used their own imaginations in their sequel idea writings and illustrations! What a great Summer school program this is to encourage, teach, and model a growth mindset for these kids! To learn is to grow . Thank you Denise Granger, and the amazing teacher’s for having us out and making this program possible!
