We had a great time this holiday season visiting our friends at Ladera Elementary school! A big thank you to Ladera’s amazing principal Dr. Jennifer Harrison and Holly Smyth for organizing this author visit, as well as the lucky Leopards wonderful Librarian.

We had so much fun sharing our story and creative process with all of the k-3rd grade students. I loved hearing all of the Ladera leopards thoughtful questions and responses, as well as playing ‘text detectives’ to discover some of our books learning themes.
